Welcome to my web site. I was born in the Metropolitan DC area and have lived in the Calverton community (Beltsville) for over 20 years. I have worked with my neighbors and clients in my Loan Officer position for many years. I am a licensed Realtor and I assist clients in many areas of finding and purchasing their homes or investment properties. I have completed certification for Senior Specialist and Relocation Specialist and I work with investors with the 1031 Tax-deferred program. A Senior Specialist is qualified to mentor Senior clients in downsizing, relocating, or planning for reverse mortgages.
